This is an opportunity for DBC birders unfamiliar with hawkwatching to learn the ins and outs of spotting and identifying distant raptors as they fly by the hilltop. Briefing on techniques and handouts will be provided, from the regulars at the Greene Valley Hawkwatch (which operates from 9/1 through 11/30). Bring a scope if you have one.
