Pre-registration with the leader is required, limit 15 participantsThe Heron Rookery Preserve at Lake Renwick is a limited access preserve where it is possible to viewnesting egrets, Great Blue Herons, and Double-crested Cormorants. The rookery itself is located on anisland in Lake Renwick. This trip will include hiking less than one mile to viewing areas on naturalsurfaces and uneven terrain.
