2024-2025 Federal “Duck Stamp” Now on Sale

The 2024-2025 Federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp, commonly known as the Duck Stamp, is now on sale. This year’s stamp features a Northern Pintail by Montana artist Chuck Black. The $25 stamp is an excellent way to support conservation of wetland and grassland habitats. DBC Outreach: Birdies and Brews August 2 at the Arb

DBC is hosting a table at the Morton Arboretum’s Birdies and Brews event August 2, 4:30-9:00 p.m. This is a great chance to enjoy a round of mini golf and beer on tap, and stay for a special event focused on studying, appreciating, and protecting birds. A professional falconer will talk about falconry and fly trained birds, and you can even have your photo taken with the falcon. You’re invited: Birding and Breakfast!

The DuPage Birding Club invites all members to come out for our annual Birding and Breakfast event on Saturday, August 3, at Herrick Lake Forest Preserve. We will meet at 7:00 a.m. at the South Shelter (turn into the west parking lot on Herrick Road and follow the signs to the South Shelter). After some morning birding around the forest preserve, DBC will serve breakfast to all attendees.
